where is the police when they are needed?
If you zoom in on the picture you can make out a majority or almost all of the license plate. Perhaps the police can locate the car owner/driver.

Before you judge, notice the street sign. Hooper Ave is in Toms River…. If you’ve been around the block you’ll notice lots of crazy driving EVERYWHERE you go! Lakewood is an amazing town! There’s traffic and bad drivers all over NJ.
