Want to show your appreciation to an EMS organization or member? You can now nominate your favorite EMS organization or member in the State for a 2011 award by the NJ Department of Health & Senior Services. You can do so by clicking here and filling out the form.
Nominations should include a minimum 300 word justification, clearly stating why the nominee should be considered for the award. Must be submitted by August 15, 5:00 p.m.
Any nomination that does not meet the award criteria will be considered invalid and will not be forwarded to the EMS council membership for their review and selection. TLS.
