Nobody Injured In Home Fire

[Photo of firefighter saving a pet from the home] Firefighters this afternoon knocked down a fire before it could fully engulf a home. At about 2:15 PM, police and the Fire Department responded to Adams Street for reports of a structure fire and upon arrival found the rear of the home on fire.

The fire was knocked down shortly afterwards.

There were no injuries reported, and a pet inside the home was saved by a firefighter. TLS.

  1. For the record..it may be funny to some but I did not give a ferret mouth to mouth. I have had ferrets in the past and know how to handle them thus it made more sense to have me bring the pet to its family that was outside
I take my job very seriously and doing this, even though it was “not a big thing for me” some play it out to be funny..Thanks

  2. thank you to the captian for when you brought out our pet. (figgit) we really did appreciate it.!

#5 – to be honest hearing that joke made us all laugh.! but we do thank him and it wasn’t funny…
