I get that Governor Christie was an embarrassment, but this is a joke. This knucklehead of an Attorney General is busy litigating an issue that has very little if any effect on folks in New Jersey. That’s besides for the fact that this is under the jurisdiction of the federal government, not the states. It’s a mere political stunt to divert attention by a pathetic administration that has no positive accomplishments to show for themselves

Jurisdiction claim under 28 USC 2201 is pretty weak.

President’s authority under the National Emergencies Act is very constitutional. Congress gave away the store, the States have no way of altering that…. Let them lobby Congress to change that law.

My geography may have become a bit rusty, so, please remind me of the approximate length of the NJ/Mexican border, anyone….

What a waste of State funds that could be used to improve infrastructure and upgrade our schools. Maybe we should be downsizing the AG’s office and allocating more monies to projects that actually benefit NJ’s taxpayers.

This is a scam…
What right does he have to waste our precious limited NJ funds on litigation that has NOTHING to do with NJ?

It’s ironic that he’s complaining about diverting funds, what exactly is he doing when he’s using NJ tax dollars to fight causes that have nothing to do with NJ?
The AG should be impeached for misuse of taxpayer funds for personal political gain.

What right? The people that voted Democrat gave him the right!

There is only one way to stop the madness, Vote in November, but not for the same people.

I do look up to AG Grewel he tried to protect us from multiple townships abuising their authority, however he is far from done after reading the latest claim against ocean County correctional. Just showes us that AG is not doing enough. I still hope to see him jump in to action against this dept
