NJ Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli, Republican Candidate for Governor, to Accept the Man of the Year Award at Camp SCHI Dinner this Sunday

jcNew Jersey Assemblyman and Republican Candidate for Governor, Jack Ciattarelli will Accept the Man of the Year Award at the Camp SCHI Dinner this Sunday, February 12, at the Fountain Ballroom.

Assemblyman Ciattarelli has served in public office on the local, county and state level, choosing to term-limit himself each time. He has served on the Raritan Borough Council from 1990-1995, the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholder from 2007-2011 and has represented New Jersey’s 16th Legislative District as an Assemblyman since 2012.

After dedicating himself in the State Assembly to fixing New Jersey’s financial woes and fighting for long-term solutions to provide tax relief, Assemblyman Ciattarelli realized that the kind of dramatic changes we need in our state can only be accomplished as Governor. He is running for Governor to provide an entirely new direction for our state and has outlined a substantive five-point plan. As part of his plan, he has outlined proposals to reform school funding to solve the property tax crisis, change public employee benefits to restore fiscal responsibility, provide comprehensive tax reform to spark economic growth, streamline state government to make it less expensive and improve bi-partisan communications to get things done.

Jack’s wife, Melinda, and he have been married for 22 years and have four children. They love New Jersey, and are determined to ensure that our state is a place where we can retire and ensure our children have the opportunity to build their own lives and, one day, raise their own families here, just like us.

The community is invited to attend the Camp SCHI Dinner this Sunday, to join SCHI in honoring New Jersey Assemblyman and Republican Candidate for Governor, Jack Ciattarelli.
