This past Shabbos, Parshas Chayei Sara, a new Shabbos Vasikin Minyan began in Lakewood.
The minyan takes place at Columbus Avenue shul (corner Central Ave).
The founder of the Minyan has done extensive research on how to calculate Netz for a specific location. He has discussed this at length with Talmid of Harav Elyashiv, Rav Morgenstern.
Davening is followed by a hot Kiddush.

there’s also a new Shabbos Vasikin Minyan in Rabbi Berger/Gruss’ Yeshiva Bldg at 218 Joe Parker.
Someone Went to R’ Elyashiv Zt”l with two clocks to ask which one is more correct (they were dealing with 100ths of a second)
R’ Elyashiv said it was nonsense
The Steipler didnt even have a clock for Vasikin
I know a הנץ – כוותיקין Minyan that everyone has his own computerized clock. Since every coordinate (longitude & latitude) will have different time (10,000,000th of a second), every place in Shul has sunrise at a different split second. These are צדיקים that are מוסר נפש and give away their lives for כוותיקין.
Hilarious!!!
