Having seen well over 15,000 recipients eagerly embracing its weekly newsletter filled with a short parshah synopsis, important reminders and more, Klal Govoah is taking its Tidbits concept one step further with a Haggadah that sheds light on the practical and inspirational aspects of the Pesach Seder from start to finish.
Published l’ilus nishmas Rabbi Meir Zlotowitz zt’l, the Tidbits Haggadah offers clear instructions for every component of the Seder, eliminating the guesswork often involved in the many minutiae of the night. Following the halachic rulings of Rav Moshe Feinstein zt’l and Rav Dovid Feinstein zt’l brought out by Rabbi Zlotowitz in his lifetime, the Tidbits Haggadah is comprehensive yet concise, clarifying when to recline, how much matza, wine and maror to consume at various points during the Seder and other important information. Its explanation of the significance of the Seder’s different portions are short and to the point, and are enhanced by uplifting gems from Torah luminaries including the Netziv, the Vilna Gaon, the Apta Rav and others.
The Klal Govoah website is offering the pre-publication version of the Tidbits Haggadah for download at no charge, with spiral-bound printed copies available to USA residents at a cost of $6 each, plus $9 express shipping.
Extending the Tidbits prototype to clarify the many facets of the Pesach Seder seemed like a natural concept to Klal Govoah founder Ira Zlotowitz, particularly for those who may be making their first Seder on their own.
“Pesach is all about tradition, but sometimes we don’t always know the answers,” said Mr. Zlotowitz. “With the Tidbits Haggadah, if people have any questions or something isn’t clear, they will have an answer, right on the spot, at every step of the Seder.”
Having had the opportunity to sit at his own father’s Seder and absorb the family minhagim as well as Rav Moshe’ piskei halachah, Mr. Zlotowitz is now transmitting that mesorah to his own children.
“Being able to share Rabbi Meir Zlotowitz’s insights with readers as they pass their own traditions along to their families brings the words v’higadita l’vincha to life, and is yet another opportunity for Klal Govoah to continue helping Klal Yisroel enhancing its performance of mitzvos,” noted Mr. Zlotowitz.
