Hatzlacha! Will there be a bathroom on the bus?
Can we have a bus to Jersey City please???
will there be davening & daf yomi on the bus? or must yo be finished davening before getting on in Lakewood?
If this takes off, any possibility of an earlier bus? Getting into work after 9 is not a possibility for many commuters. A 6 am bus would be better suited for city commuters who need to be in at or before 9.
Will there be women on the bus ?
Leaving at 7:00, would that for sure make it in by 9:00 during morning rush hour?
will there be a curtan if women are allowed?
isnt there already a bus?
@shmuel There is a hint in the headline! @Wondering, I believe the bus is due to arrive in NYC at 8:30. In any case with normal tunnel traffic, the bus should arrive before 9:00. (Assuming they either do not stop for any part of davenining – which I hope, or they stop for less than a half hour!)
Disclaimer: I am not the organizer nor do I know the organizer of this endeavor, however, I would love to see this be a success!
The comment above @shmuel etc, is from original commuter (comment 1, not alt. commuter (comment 6).
7:00 bus will not get you in by 9:00 – you must leave by 6:40 AM – for any chance
Davening on a bus is against halacha. Bish’as hadechak, maybe a person should daven on a bus instead of not at all, but to institutionalize this pirtzah is a mistake
Yankel, abissrl ahavas yisroel!!! and noisey b’oil!!!!
@yankel, I’m glad you’re a world poisek. As it happens, what is considered Shaas hadchak is not that clear. This organizer did consult with a REAL rav, not someone who read 2 lines of mishna berurah and decided he knows it all.
