The Assembly Law and Public Safety Committee will meet tomorrow to consider more than 20 bills reforming weapons and ammunition sales, improving mental health services, enhancing gun safety, combating illegal gun trafficking and finding ways to boost school security.
“The tragedies have become too common and the sadness too deep,” said Assembly Law and Public Safety Chairman Charles Mainor (D-Hudson). “We recognize that we cannot put an end to each and every gun crime, but we can responsibly close the gaps and make our laws stronger for the benefit of everyone. democrats!
Kindly tell me which crooks, thugs, burglars, etc. will abide by these rules. These rules are meant to confiscate and/or keep guns out of the hands of people who want guns for their own protection against crooks, thugs, burglars, etc. If the government keeps on with their rules, taxation, etc. I’m afraid there will be another REVOLUTION soon, as was about 1776.

HATE
DEMOCRATS
there are actually some decent measures listed in there (and some not so) decent… if you take the time to read them…
the only decent proposal is by Ribble/Dancer who is by the way a republican .
Quote “Prohibits investment by State of pension and annuity funds in companies manufacturing, importing, and selling assault firearms for civilian use.”
WHY? this is the kind of anti gun stuf that is without any merit ,if these are legitimate busineses why punish them ? would you do the same to a car manufacturer because thousands die in car accidents every year ?
It is a constitutional right to own firearms prioviding you are not a criminal or a mental case ,so why the venom towards companies who are not breaking any laws?
