To help keep residents informed about water emergencies and planned repairs in the area, New Jersey American water launched an enhanced online Customer Advisory Map.

The user-friendly map allows residents to enter their home address and see if there are any active service alerts impacting your area. If there are, the website will provide additional information, along with the estimated restoration time.

In addition to the map, customers can view active service alerts by clicking the Alerts icon at the top of the company’s homepage.

Customers can also sign up to receive notifications by phone, text or email through MyWater or visit amwater.com/mywater to get notified about urgent water service issues.
