  1. bus drivers today drive like animals. there is one bus driver that comes into presidential, she has two routes so she is always in a mad rush, forget the fact that she drives away from the stop while the kid is still in the stairwell- i have yet to see her stop at the stop sign by the nine. there is also another bus driver that text messages the entire time he is driving

  2. I was passing by the area. The bus driver was CLEARLY at fault. The driver was attemting to make a left turn leaving Presidential to go South on the 9 with the taxi going North on the 9. They collided on the front part of the bus which can’t be more obvious as to who was wrong. It is high time we stand up and demand that the bus companies crack down on their drivers. These drivers are so aggressive on the road,I witness all kinds of crazy things that they do on a daily basis. We understand you have a route and need to get there on time but our children’s lives and the lives you endanger on the road come first.

  3. I’ve seen it for a while bus drivers driving like raving lunatics I had a bus turn onto central right in front of me in the pouring rain and I had to make a short stop nearly skidding into the bus (I was NOT speeding) so I held my horn down for a while as a way of explaining to the guy that he just endangered the lives of many children and then this meshugena pulls up to me by the light and tells me to have respect for busses! Hello! That was when they used to drive like mentchen like when I was growing up bus drivers actually cared about the kids on the bus!

  4. how about the heimishe bus drivers who drive thorough wesgate with total disregard to stop signs and sppeed limits. also talk on cell phone. company name is not yomah. hamavin yavin

  5. To all who see drivers acting aggressively or doing dangerous acts while operating a bus: Write down the bus ID# if there is one,the plate number and time and place you saw it. Call the company and threaten that you will call the Board of Ed to lodge a complaint. I think things will change. The Board of Ed can simply not allow them to bid on routes until they address the problems. And if you do not se an improvement,go ahead and call the Board of Ed! Time for someone like Hershel Hershkowitz to tackle the cowboy bus driver issue.

  6. What company was it Negba?
If yes I think for the safty of the kids the parents should complain, the drivers have to be paid overtime or allowed more time to cover their routes.

  7. The bus company was not Negbe, but yes it is time that we put up a fuss about the way the drivers drive our kids. They are all in a rush to do 2 routes in the time they should be doing one and our kids lives are at risk.

  8. BIG TALKERS! WERE WAS ALL THESE BIG TALKERS YEARS AGO WHEN THE COMMUNITY SPONSERED A C.D.L COURSE IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE HELP IT. Ps the pay is noþ that bad.

  9. If you really want to show that you care about your children…call the schools call the bus companies NOW & demand bus monitors & seat belts….this is not call Unishmarten Meod Linafsosaichem!

  10. My daughter was on the bus and i just want to defent the driver. She is always extremely cautious, never on the phone and drives slowly. this was just a rare occurence

  11. its time for all you guys to shut up and watch what you say. I know first hand what happened this morning bc i have connection to the school. every time it rains, there is an accident involving a bus. busses arent made as strong as cars are. the bus driver was not at fault. find somehting else to complain about.

  12. Kate Perry:
Somehow you are always “in the know”. Can you please enlighten us because I passed by and the bus driver SURE seemed to be totally at fault. So maybe with your “connections”,can you explain what happened?? Now I did read a previous comment from a parent stating that this particular driver is a cautious driver. That is very good and much appreciated(well it’s what they’re paid to do!!). But don’t just come on here and yell that people should complain about other things. I think our children’s lives are important enough to put up a fuss! I see every day the aggressiveness of bus drivers. And just for the record,I feel that Negba’s drivers are worse than others although I won’t say this with 100% certainty,it’s just what I see on the roads.

  13. I myself work for a school in town and any issue ive ever had Negba has taken care of in a timely and proffesional matter and I find there drivers to actually be nicer and more caring than the other companies I deal with.

  14. Kate Perry you don’t begin to make sense first of all we don’t all make such mistakes like illegal left turns with a bus full of kids second, in your first comment what does the strength of a bus have to do with anything if a bus is not as strong as a car that’s all the more reason to be careful! and FYI buses are built with a lot more strength than a car mainly bec. The people who build them realize that it will be transporting children unlike some of the maniacs who drive them. But based on the confusion in your comment I think its safe to say that you’re either the driver of this bus or just work for the company.

OBVIOUSLY YOUR SPEAKING FROM BEHIND A DESK BECAUSE IF YOU WERE TO GO OUT ON THE ROAD AND FOLLOW THEM YOU WOULD HAVE A DIFFERENT STORY TO TELL
