Multiple vehicles were burglaries in the Hampshire Heights development in Lakewood over Shabbos, residents reported to TLS.
Residents say a man and woman were seen on surveillance video burglarizing the vehicles, and it’s believed they may have had a device to unlock car doors.
Credit cards and cash were reportedly stolen.
Police are investigating.
Since we live in the new Brooklyn how about not keeping your credit cards and cash in your car?!

The ONLY thing we leave our vehicle is our car registration: that’s it! Cars that are broken into occurs everywhere, not just Lakewood. Please don’t leave any valuables in your vehicles.

I leave cash and cc in my car. As long as you lock the doors you used to be okay. Now I may just stop
