5. Yup,just look at the gang markings on the school sign! I guess this is where Crackam(or whatever that guy’s name is) was just a year or two ago. Well,at least that’s where he was SUPPOSED to be. He was likely out “sick”.

8. lakewood has become a sewer, too many rental units and too much section 8 housing programs. the state requirements for affordable housing has caused this by allowing other towns to pay lkwd to accept their share(other towns) of affordable housing. now we have to live with the problem that out politicians allowed to happen!!!

Yeah your right its was a great place to live I myself grew up here , BUT THE FAULT lies with the ones who allowed all the building and constructing of all these new houses and buildings which this town clearly does not have room for not enough parking for them so everyone parks in the road which is clearly a hasard need I say more . 14. It is the residents of the new houses that own property in lakewood and rent to whom ever and what ever that has caused the problem. Lakewood can still be a nice place to live but the education begins at home and not in the schools. Teachers have enough problems dealing with all the political nonsense and the Bd of Ed. No wonder the moral in all the schools is down and the town is showing it. It is a divided community instead of a united community. We need to stop complaining about our town and begin to work together to make it what it can become. A town to admire and desire. Not a town of I don’t care it is not my problem.

15. I don’t understand how people are saying this has always been a safe town. For as far back as I’ve had family in Lakewood, going back to 1975.. this has never been a “safe town”!
