uh oh this is going to add to the madness
We are out on Lanes mill road Howell as well
How can they expect power to be restored at 5:30 if they don’t know the cause yet??
Was in Target when we went black. Pretty frightening till the generator kicked on with partial power.
Why all the helicopters??
Something’s going on. There were siren, etc. all day also. My powers on too. Started getting my flashlights out. Our home is ALL electric.
They are giving a time of resolution for 5:30pm but they don’t know exactly what the problem is
Back on
Power is back on as of 5:05.
I would speculate it has to do with power sources not handling the increased current supply. It generally happens when it gets hot and the air conditioning comes on and the components overheat, especially with all the building going on.
Stop the building
the rent is too high ?
Yesterday wasn’t so hot, so don’t blame the A/C use.
B”H it happened in daylight and was back on before it got dark. The weather wasn’t too hot or too cold so we didn’t need heat or A/C. It only lasted about 2 hours. It did inconvenience people but, it could have been worse. Always look for the good in every situation.
I was at CHEMED during that time and the entire place shut down! That’s not just an inconvenience!
