Multiple People Injured, One Seriously, in Accident on Rt. 70 in Lakewood [PHOTOS]

Multiple people were injured, at least one seriously, in an accident in Lakewood this evening.

The accident happened shortly before 6:00 PM at the intersection of Rt. 70 and New Hampshire Avenue.

When emergency personnel arrived, they found one patient unresponsive.

Three people are being hospitalized.

Lakewood’s Traffic Safety division is responding.

The area is shut for the investigation.

Police are partially shutting down the intersection and surrounding roads.
