Multiple guns were stolen from a vehicle in Lakewood, TLS has exclusively learned.

Sometime overnight, the thief, or thieves, allegedly busted the passenger window to a vehicle parked in front of an apartment building and stole multiple guns – possibly up to four.

Police informed to TLS the guns were stolen, but did not immediately release further details, as the incident is still under investigation.

Additionally TLS has learned, the Lakewood Police Department is investigating a rash of overnight car burglaries in the south side of town.

“At this point we are still trying to determine the actual number of vehicles that were targeted by at least four unidentified men,” police said.

It’s unknown at this time if the same suspects are connected to the gun burglary.
