PHOTO: 8:50 a.m. A multi-vehicle MVA is causing heavy delays at the Driscoll Bridge on the Garden State Parkway this morning, as emergency personnel tend to the patients. Extent of injuries are unknown at this time, but traffic is backed up for approximately 5 miles. Expect delays. Photo-EL.
