VIDEO: Ms. Lynette LaBoy of the Registrar’s office, was named as the Employee Of The Month at Thursday evening’s Township Committee meeting.  Ms. LaBoy was awarded a plaque, and with her parking spot for the month.

Committeeman Meir Lichtenstien, the founder of the program, explained that it’s always a hectic time in someone’s life when they have to come in for either a birth or death certificate, and that Ms. LaBoy welcomes people in a friendly manner and makes the process as easy as possible.

The employee of the month is chosen by the Lakewood public and co-workers.

The program, spearheaded by Committeeman Meir Lichtenstien, was instituted to highlight the achievements of all township employees and recognize those individuals who serve the public and treat fellow employees in an exemplary way.
