UPDATED: We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Mrs. Dina Brody A’H, who was Niftar a short time ago in Lakewood following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Brody was the Menaheles (principal) of Bais Rivka Rochel.Earlier today, a name was added after her condition took a turn for the worse.
She was in her fifties.
The Levaya will be taking place at 11:30 AM at Lake Terrace.
The Aron will be flown to Eretz Yisroel for Kvurah.

Bde I am heartbroken to hear the sad news. I feel priveleged to be a talmida of this special women. I can still vision her with that big smile walking down the halls and greeting us with a special “good morning” to each and every girl! She was a queen, so dignified. May Mrs. Brody be a m”y for all her family, her talmidos who she called her children, and klal yiroel.

I was zoche to give her a ride back from her treatment in nYC to lkwd several times. She must’ve been nauseas & sick but still carried herself w/ the utmost dignity. On one occasion, a substitute teacher (I gather) called & she spoke to her, at length about the next days curriculum in the most natural upbeat tone. & she was NOT feeling well. I know.
