Don’t ever stop to let another car (or pedestrian) through when there’s more than one lane!! This causes accidents all the time.
Actually, even if there’s only one lane it’s better not to stop because cars may go around you.
No, the driver of the white car made an illegal left turn across a solid double line and across 3 lanes of opposing traffic.
In all other states it’s legal to turn over double solid lines to enter a business or driveway.
