Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Accident in Lakewood [PHOTOS]

A motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident in Lakewood this afternoon.

The accident happened shortly before 5:00 PM at the intersection of Route 88 and Linden Avenue.

The motorcyclist was treated by Lakewood EMS and then transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center with paramedics.

Lakewood’s Traffic Safety division is investigating the accident.
