In Givat Zeev, a small town outside of Jerusalem, a family of eight is going through a living nightmare. 

Just over a year ago, the father of the family, Yossi Itzer, was diagnosed with colon cancer. While his family sat by his bed, trying to offer him hope, tragedy struck yet again–.Though she had initially thought her fatigue was just a sign of exhaustion, it was in fact a heartbreaking reality: 

His wife, Orly Itzer, has been diagnosed with cancer as well. 

With Yossi facing the terminal consequences of his illness and Orly growing increasingly sick, the Itzers are overwhelmed with desperation. The situation became even more challenging when Orly was no longer able to work, leaving the family with no source of income. With no one to take care of the children, to cook, or to do the endless piles of laundry, the family has been left struggling to survive.
