rabbosai aannon 3:41 brings up some valid points
is lakewood hatzolah which is sponsored by the oilam in lakewood for the town of lakewood permited to use and spend its resources in another city?
hatzolah should be clear that it was sponsored by an individual and no funds were used.

It's good that there were no major accidents in Lakewood while the extracation truck was being shon off an hour away. Imagine being injured, stuck in a car and having to wait…..

Why is everyone attacking the first commenter? He wasn't talking negatively…he was simply asking a valid question which does deserve a answer. Noone made any accusations,he was just posing the question. Whatever the answer is,whether they make money or it was sponsored…it still does not minimize the validity of the question. Why all the NEGATIVE comments??

What about when hatzolah uses other hatzolah agency's to help them with out of town transport do they get paid for that…. No but that's the way it goes each individual agency helps out the other one so to when it comes to fund raising if there's a way for lakewood to help passaic they will just as passaic would help lakewood
There I think that would explain it

is there a need for such a unit when the local fire company can do it as well?

these demonstrations re actually used as practice for the hatzoloh members. obviously the more practice, the better they get at it. so if there is someone willing to pay for the car and other related expenses, then it is a great opportunity that should not be paased up
