Why don’t they hire needed staff?
I do recall Kimball always having very pleasant ladies which did volunteer work
My mother was a volunteer at Kimball for many years. There are people that volunteer out of the kindness of their heart not for the money. These are people that actual do this because they enjoy giving back
There are many many types of chassadim that are needed. Such as visiting the sick and lonely, mentoring, running gemachs, etc. But when a business-and hospitals and the health-care system is a business, they should hire and pay.
