PHOTOS: In a rare and unforgettable experience, a select group of volunteers of Misameach of Lakewood traveled with Mordechai Ben David (MBD) on a one day trip to cheer up sick patients. The group took off from NY this past Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. on a private jet sponsored – and flown – by philanthropist Eli Rowe of Queens NY, and headed to Cincinnati.
At Cincinnati, MBD gave a two hour concert at the Shriners Hospital for children, accompanied by the music of Yitzie Shwartz.
Following the concert, the group flew to Detroit, where MBD gave a Kumzitz at the home of a Misameach patient.
The group then headed back to NY, where they arrived at approximately 2:00 a.m. Friday morning.
Videos will be posted at a later time, pending approval.
