NJ Lottery Prize Winner Reluctant to Collect His Prize, Says He’s “Not Sure NJ Can Afford Giving” Him All That Money
NJ Million dollar lottery prize winner, Robert Fishstein, told reporters today that he might not collect his lottery prize because, “I’m not sure NJ can afford giving me all that money!”
“I mean, NJ’s got lots of expenses to cover,” he said, “like road repairs and public transportation. I’m just not sure I should be squeezing NJ for all that money, when it desperately needs the money to sustain itself.”
“I mean, I might agree to accept a $5 cash reward each and every month,” he said, “but that’s about it! That’s as far as I’ll go!”
“I’m sorry, but taking the bread out of NJ’s mouth would be a cruel and heartless act on my part,” he said. “I’m just not gonna do it! Period!”
I can’t help but hope that it’s someone from our community that won, but ultimately whomever won I’m sincerely happy for and wish them well…
