PHOTOS: This morning, Rabbi Meir Rubinstein, the Mayor of Beitar, Israel, served as the International Guest of honor at the 4th Annual Reception for Yeshiva Amalah Shel Torah. The event, held at the home of Mrs. Meyer Rosenbaum, was attended by many Askonim, Rabbonim and officials.
