Massive Flood Damage to Carteret Yeshiva from Hurricane Ida

[COMMUNICATED] Hurricane Ida hit our area with the heaviest rains in decades over Wed/Thurs. The Yeshiva’s Main Building and dormitories filled with water. It got higher and higher, submerging dormitory basements, bedrooms, utility rooms, laundry rooms and more. The main building’s entire basement was filled with water, flooding the main floor with the Bais Medrash, kitchen, dining room, classrooms, offices, and more. The damage is very significant!
