Manchester Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Teen

The Manchester Township Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile last seen early Sunday morning.

Police say 17-year-old Michel Vega-Perez was last seen around 1:00 AM on November 30th in the area of Amsterdam Avenue in Manchester. She was wearing a black jacket and black pants at the time.

According to officials, investigators have taken “numerous steps” to locate her, and there is reason to believe she may now be in Franklin Township (Somerset County). Despite ongoing efforts, her whereabouts remain unknown.
