Man Finds Vulture Feasting On Bird On The Roof Of His Car

vulture on car[Phone Video-Reader Submitted] A businessman working at Lexington Towers was surprised to find a vulture feasting on a bird on top of his parked car. The vulture, say bystanders, gave quite a performance and left quite a mess. Despite the car’s owner and cops honking their horns, nothing was going to disturb the bird in middle of its meal.

The bird took off when it was fully satisfied. Hard to say the same for the car owner though. TLS-JC.

I’ve seen turkey vultures all over the area recently. Just a few years ago it was a very rare sight. I wonder what changed?

That is not a vulture, it is a hawk. They are carnivores, so that is natural for them to do.

that is not a vulture, that looks like a red tail hawk, i have one that always comes to my yard and waits for the one dove that is to slow to get out of here, sometime i will come home only to find a whole bunch of feathers. this past winter i came home to a mess on the snow, but as my father would say”that’s nature and all animals need to eat”. this was quite a video.

Fleischigs in the Nine Days? The hawk must’ve made a siyum.

u know who !!

the reason he is eating on
the roof of that car is that
there are no woods left in
lakewood. keep tearing down the woods.
Thats a sign from G-D!

i would like to thank you tls for such interesting, exciting news. its really very interesting to see birds or what ever you want to call that creature on top of a car. im actually a bit surprised that this story didnt make it to the headlines of all the newspapers and the radio. Thank you again for bringing us the latest news

@18 are you serious??????? if it was a cat eating a mouse would you say shoot it too? Bird probably had no where else to go since HIS home and every other animals is being taken away from them.

To “thank you”:

Enlighten us please: You apparently have been waiting the entire day for some “juicy” news, eh? An accident? A burglary? An arrest? Ain’t no harm in the “lighter side” news. The media does it all the time.

But if you really want to know why this is important, the “whatever you call that creature” as you succinctly put it, is actually a cat dresses up in a hawk costume taking revenge on the bird that has been preying on the feline’s litter for oh-so-long…

to #18 are you kidding me, this bird was not bothering anyone it was eating. it was not attacking anyone or anything. so next time you see this bird eating and not bothering anyone it should be shot, HASHEM made this beautiful bird, do you think he would want this. I think not, as long as this bird is not bothering anyone i don’t see why it should be shot, you should think about what you said.

That vulture is a red tailed hawk. It is a beautiful, graceful bird, and would never attack a child. Of course, we ARE destroying its habitat, as well as that of the deer and bears, and I believe we’re going to be sorry for it.

huh?

its a red tailed hawk for all the (moderated) out there. read a book!

to #24 Well said it’s sad to see what is happening to the animal habitat in this town, and all over, and i agree with you that we will be sorry for it.
