  1. I fully understand lscw is here to help & protect the community but they are not police and should never follow after a robber or theaf! what if the person was armed & dangerous? nothing i dont care how valueable it is would be worth your life. Ty Lpd

  2. it was actually my girls who followed his bike in a locked car on th eline w/ police. thats the only way to get rid of the criminals here, not hiding from fear

  3. thats right #4! let the criminals know that your town wont tolerate crime. keep your eyes open, lock up your stuff, know your neighbors. do not be afraid. i do it in the town i live in. suspicious cars on my block and strangers coming and going all hours are watched and reported for criminal activity.

  4. If he fled he was obviously scared. people with weapons usally don’t flee from civillians. What’s wrong with following at a safe distance? Should we then not call the police because a dangerous individual might get upset with us?

  5. #9, did you chase the guy two blocks on foot, tackle and wrestle with him then place him into custody. transport him to headquarters, book him, then take 8 seperate eye witness testomonys from 8 excited teenage girls, then spend the next 3 hrs constructing a report and building a case against the guy? all at the end of ur ten hour shift? no! the officer put 4 extra hrs in, thats a 14 hr shift…so dont say lpd didnt do anything…some people dont deserve an opinion ie you

  6. It was my mother’s car that he was attempting to rob…B’H the girls had the presence of mind to handle the situation perfectly, and this (moderated) is now going to pay for a foolish attempt to steal what?! A quarter??
