Majority Of Lakewood Votes Already Cast

With less than 24 hours to go before Election Day, the majority of registered voters in Lakewood have already decided who they will vote for and have cast their ballots. 

13,350 (62.46%) of the 21,374 registered Republicans in Lakewood have already voted, while 4,902 of 7,670 (63.91%) Democrats have returned their ballots. Additionally, 7,254 of 19,636 (36.94%) of Lakewood’s unaffiliated voters have cast their ballots.

In all, Lakewood has a total of 49,065 registered voters, of which 25,506 (51.98%) have cast their ballots.

With more votes expected to come from Lakewood between today and Election Day itself, Lakewood’s voter turnout is looking similar to past presidential election cycles, despite the election this year being almost exclusively by mail-in ballot. There waa 56% voter turnout in Lakewood in 2016, 64% in 2012, 70% in 2008, and 68% in 2008.

  1. Lakewood is gonna be %80+ for Trump, that’s seems to be a given.
    But, something tells me he actually may carry the state.
    Which would be mind blowing.
    Not that he’s gonna need it, btw.

  2. Trump will lose NJ, a survey was made, which shows that more then 50% of frum eligible voters will not vote. Some of them just don’t bother filling out their ballot or go to the polling station on on election day. Most of them never voted and are not registered.
