The Lakewood Police Department this evening is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman.

The woman is identified as Barbara Gross, 67 years old, 5’04”, 160lbs, brown eyes and black hair.

She was last seen around 3:30 PM today in the area of 200 River Avenue, wearing a white puffy jacket, black or brown pants and with a tan purse.

“She is dependent on some medication and we don’t believe she has received it,” Detective Lieutenant Greg Staffordsmith says.

Anyone with information is asked to call police immediately at 732-363-0200.

UPDATE 11:15 AM: Police say the woman has been located, and she is in good health.
