With Covid-19 becoming endemic in the United States and across the world, meaning that it will stay with us likely forever rather than simply being a temporary nuisance, the likelihood of requiring proof of vaccination for travel and admittance to various venues is rising. But what happens if you lose your vaccine card? How will you be able to prove that you were inoculated? Thankfully, there are several ways to remedy the issue.
- In New Jersey, you can download the Department of Health’s Docket app which makes it easy to access your Covid-19 vaccination record, even if you don’t have the card. The app can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play. You can learn more about Docket by clicking here.
- Request a new vaccine card by visiting the New Jersey Immunization Information System. Once on the page, complete the following actions: 1) Click on “Submit a request” from the top blue ribbon 2) Click “I want to request a copy of my immunization record from NJIIS.” A form will then open for you to complete. 3) If you wish to have a copy of the Covid-19 vaccine lot number, include the request in the description section. 4) Click “Send” to submit your request. Such requests are usually processed within 24-48 hours.
- Ask your healthcare provider for a copy of your immunization record. Most healthcare providers have access to the New Jersey Immunization Information System and can provide you with an Official Immunization Record.
The only way to stop this tyranny is to STOP using your vaccine card and even burn it like they did in Europe. If everyone is UNITED, and we all (including the vaccinated) don’t go in to places that require vaccine cards this nonsense will stop. If we don’t resist now, down the line even the vaccinated will suffer when they are refused admittance for not getting the 5th booster and some other medical intervention that they don’t want to get.

If it is determined that a series of booster shots will be required, why is that necessarily bad?
We all bring our children to be vaccinated for MMR and dTap. They require boosters shots as well. Tetanus every ten years. Do you make a fuss about that also?
Do you make a fuss that we need a new flu vaccine each and every year?
If the nature of the virus and the vaccines that have been developed to fight it require periodic boosters, why does that invalidate the whole endeavor?
Are you one of the chevra that is pushing hydroxychloroquin and zinc? If so, why is it ok to keep ingesting this questionable drug on a constant basis, but taking a twice yearly vaccine no OK?
I was like the rest of lakewood. I knew better then all Drs and CDC and WHO. Covid was a hoax etc. Three months ago my mother was diagnosed with cancer. My opinion suddenly changed. Bottom line all this anti vax rehtoric is coming from a very selfish place. We are the bigget town of torah chesed and yiras shamyim. I still cant figure out how we cant get a shot that can help all the imuno compromised in our community.
Please stop calling people names. The vaccine doesnt stop transmission and people are being injured from it. If you dont want to catch and spread covid you could take prophylactic medications. Nothing is 100% but it works better than the ineffective vaccine.

Your points and rhetorical questions are perfectly correct. The problem is that the antivaxers aren’t interested in challenging their own preconceived notions. You could show them actual numbers and real life people who developed full Covid with long-term sequelae, and they would still deny the truth staring them in the face.
Their beliefs may be simply political (while they forget that it was President Trump who funded the research for the vaccine), ignorant (vast majority), naive (based on hearsay or some obscure posting read online), or pseudo religious (following an infamous acupuncture practitioner in Israel, who claims to be a mekubal and the final authority on all medical topics, or listening to a legitimate rov, whom they have never asked a single she’ela before, but since now he agrees with their ideas, he is the one that will be quoted incessantly).
The truth of the matter is that you will never win an argument with that crowd. When you finally present the most logical proof, and show every correct fact, you will be told that you caved in to Biden, the leftist, the “establishment”, or the Big Pharma (that pharma which also produces HCQ, Ivermectin, and monoclonal antibodies). Go figure.
