A local property management company is expanding, and looking to bring on additional staff. There is a full time or part time  position available, and involves billing, invoicing, writing reports about property conditions. Must be very computer savvy, and have a strong work ethic.

  1. Number 1 – I don’t think you qualify for this job when you lack even basic spelling skills. What you just wrote is “we are Is it located”

  2. Stop being mean. It is totally understandable that a serious job seeker would want the ad to state where the job is located before making application. It benefits the employer too in not considering someone who cannot really be a candidate because of travel.

    In fact, the job seeker should be careful as to the diligence of the employer for leaving out such a primary detail.

    This job could be in NY, NJ, PA, etc.

    I think getting preliminary info before applying is a sign of a quality applicant and wish #1 Hatzlacha Rabah!

  3. #5, simply put, the use of “local” rather than “Lakewood” company makes it highly likely the company, while nearby, may very well not be in Lakewood. A little depth of thought may be in order.

    Finally, there is never a reason to be rude, even if someone does overlook something obvious.

    I felt bad the poster spoken to as they were. Sue me.
