A local Property Management Company is expanding, and is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform property maintenance work and repair work to properties throughout New Jersey.

Prospective individual will be a maintenance crew leader, however, will also be involved in the actual labor.

Position does not require extensive experience in construction but individual should be very “handy” and have a basic knowledge of construction and maintenance.
