943_1on1_DevelopmentJoin 1on1 Development’s sales team. Primary job duty is to sell software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing clients. Manage sales through forecasting, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the software/solutions. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Work with internal resource to determine best way to close business. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

In this role, you will need to:

  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective clients face

  • To personally create new leads from prospecting efforts

  • To thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities

  • To leverage business from new & established relationships

  • To strategize, negotiate & close business

  • To deliver a superlative buying experience to clients

  • Work with internal team to distill key functionality and benefits of core products/ solutions to new prospects and existing clients
