Local business offering $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of an alleged thief caught on video stealing approximately $20,000 of merchandise (SURVEILLANCE VIDEO)

An Amazon business in Jackson is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of an alleged thief who stole approximately $20,000 in merchandise from their warehouse in Jackson.

The business realized something was wrong when they started receiving numerous complaints from customers who hadn’t received their orders.

Upon reviewing surveillance video, the sellers saw the alleged suspect stealing the packages put out for pickup and delivery.

The business says Jackson Police responded, but were unable to locate the truck and suspect.

  1. I feel terrible that this happened and how many white pickup trucks are in Jackson? Either way, why did this guy leave $20k of merchandise outside. Not smart.

  2. The thieves are most likely going to resell the stolen merchandise back on Amazon or eBay. If you know exactly which items you sold that weren’t delivered, you can easily make a search of the product on Amazon or eBay and see if a new seller (from Jackson area) is selling them, (and based on the price they selling it for can tell you if it was stolen, usually when people get things for free they try to cut the market), purchase the item and see where it came from.

  3. Hi, the packages were left out for USPS to pick up Friday afternoon, USPS failed to show up Friday afternoon, leaving the packages outside for the thief to steal Friday night…
