Levi Aron Pleads Not Guilty In Killing Of Leiby Kletzky A’H – Found Competent To Stand Trial

leiby at schoolUPDATED: (Video) The suspect in the kidnapping and killing 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky A’H has pleaded not guilty today in Court. Levi Aron’s lawyer spoke at his arraignment this morning. Aron has been on a suicide watch since being charged and is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether he’s fit to stand trial. He told his attorney ‘he heard voices’.

Though Aron crossed State lines in the kidnapping of Leiby, the FBI has not yet taken his case, pending the outcome of the evaluation.

UPDATE: Aron has been found competent to stand trial. A trail date has not yet been set.

  1. How did Aron cross state lines in the kidnapping? Other than possibly taking him to a wedding in Monsey, that’s still in New York. Schizophrenics sometimes snap. Hearing voices is a symptom.

  2. killing the murderer wont bring Leiby back. I’m not saying they shouldnt do it, but we cant just wipe our hands clean after “justice” is served. hashem will take care of punishing the murderer, but we have to take care of us. stop looking over your shoulder.
