1. Maybe we should Learn an extra few Minutes, Daven a little better, come early to Shul, do a little More Chesed, a little more Tznius, breaking more Misdos Lezchus Rephuah Shlaima. Hashem should give him a refua Shlaima Bkarov.

2. Your beautiful request brought tears to my eyes and in the merit of your letter and all the inspiration it will bring out, may your son merit a Refua Shlaime b’koruv!!!

3. I have spread this message to over 100 people by posting it on my chats. Our tefillos are with you. We can’t stop thinking about your son, as your tzorah affects all of klal yisroel. May he have a speedy and miraculous recovery bkarov!

   It’s not 100% effective but should be part of your hishtadlus.

While we can always improve it is imperative that if we want our refills to work then we must respect tefila and that has many aspects from phones going off (when they shouldn’t be in shul in the first place) coming late leaving early talking etc. Please wake up and recognize that this is not meant as criticism but to try to wake people up
