He was just a young boy having fun on Purim, with a Purim shtick called Monster Pops, when it bounced off of the floor into his eye. This past Purim went from being a happy, fun day to a day of pain, fear and trepidation. He was in jeopardy of losing his eye, Chas V”shalom.
Baruch Hashem, after many visits to a few different eye surgeons, medications, laser surgery, fear and many tefillos to the רופא כל בשר, we publicly thank Hashem for returning his vision and saving his eye.
ונשמרתם מאד לנפשתיכם
Monster pops, fireworks….They are made cheap and are dangerous! Numerous people approached me after this incident to let me know that they no longer allow their kids to use these louder party snappers. They too had their kids getting hurt. Whether a 1st degree burn on the neck or holes burnt into clothing.
Have a safe and joyful Purim.

Why do you buy these dangerous things
“Why does this parent buy these things”?
They probably don’t. He probably got it from his friends.
They want to let everyone know what their kids may be getting ahold of.
they look innocent. I was completely unaware.
Thank you op
Thank you so much to the person who shared their story with us.
Hashem should send all of us lots of good health and wisdom.
