The bike was stolen by an male hispanic and he was confronted by some members of the old shul in front of the Old Shul and was forced to give it back at that point the police and LCSW were called.

come to my neighborhood. you’ll find lots of abandoned bikes all over the place, on lawns, sidewalks, street, plus you’ll find many toys all over the place…great way to stock up for a hugh yard sale.
There is another abbondened bike at Forest & Carey St, chained to a pole. It’s there some 3 weeks.
