PHOTOS & VIDEO: [UPDATED 2:05 AM] LCSW Monday evening located three individuals who attacked residents with eggs, before they were arrested. At about 11:30 PM, LCSW received a call from a party who said he was attacked by eggs while speaking on the phone in front of his home on Forest Avenue.
The victim says the suspect cursed at him and then fled.
Multiple LCSW units responded to the area and also called police.
LCSW learned that there were 3 suspects involved.
Minutes later, LCSW members spotted one of the suspects who fit the description given to them, and notified police of his location.
Moment later, a second suspect was located by LCSW in a resident’s backyard on Private Way.
Moments after that, a third suspect – a female – was located by LCSW sitting in the getaway vehicle on 7th Street.
After questioning the suspects for several minutes – and the suspects changing their stories several times – they were arrested and taken into custody. Whole eggs were later found in nearby bushes.
All three suspects are from Brick Township. TLS-91/TLS-89/TLS-CCP/TLS-6466.

Wgat would happen in a reverse situation- where Lakewood residents would enter Brick and pelt its citizens with eggs? I wonder just how calm, cool and proffessional the responsible parties would react!

My guess is that these guys ate probably out by now and plotting their next activity.
Its only eggs, its not an apple or a pear, an egg in a way is the dirtiest you have to take your clothing or suit to the dry cleaners so have them pay for french cleaning or they should clean it themselfs as punishment.its the idea of throwing eggs at people for fun that could mush rum into other things these kids need to know that its not hefker hefkerous has no place in lakewood

at least 6 cop cars there while the drug dealers are living big. start looking for punks with warrants you know their addresses, keep checking those out until you find them. so much manpower for an egging.

What is the likely punishment for this kind of crime? Although I would be upset if there was no punishment, sending them to jail where they will just toughen up, does no one any good.

Many tenants have been forced to move out of Lakewood, to clear the ground for all of the recent building going on.
Where do you think they moved to? Perhaps Brick, Jackson, Toms River, Howell???
#23: Are you insinuating that being forced to move because of new construction is a valid excuse for ange or egg throwing. My family was asked to vacate a rented apartment when I was a child because the landord wanted to extend his living quarters. My parents and us kids were upset to have to move out of our familiar dwelling, worried about finding suitable and affordable housing, and nervous about having to relocate to a new neighborhood. Anger and terrorism have no place with civilized people.
