We have just learned that the James Simmons, the Executive Director of the New Jersey State UEZ, will address the LCSC Networking event this Wednesday evening.

Mr. Simmons will join Mayor Ray Coles in introducing a new set of attractive loans and other incentives to help Lakewood small businesses “This is a great event to learn more about the benefits of joining Lakewood’s UEZ programs“,  said Avohom Moshe Muller, LDC chairman. “UEZ benefits, which include only charging half the regular sales tax give Lakewood small business a real leg up. It’s like a 3 1/2 % Off Sale every day!”

According to David Klein, Lakewood UEZ coordinator, the new package of benefits offers thousands of dollars in incentives to retain Lakewood employees in Lakewood businesses, along with the roll-out of even more microloan opportunities of up to $50,000,
