A large crowd from across the Howell community gathered Tuesday night for Birevach’s annual fundraising event, showing strong support for local families facing financial hardship.

Birevach serves close to 300 families in the Candlewood and Oak Glen neighborhoods, providing vital year-round financial assistance as well as Yom Tov vouchers to help families meet essential needs.

The event drew an impressive turnout of residents committed to helping their neighbors and strengthening the community’s support network.

Addressing the gathering, Rabbi Uren Reich Shlita and Rabbi Yisroel Besser spoke about the importance of communal responsibility and generosity. They emphasized the profound obligation to care for those in need and reminded attendees that looking out for one’s neighbors is a cornerstone of a strong and thriving community.

Organizers thanked the community for its continued support, noting that the funds raised will help Birevach continue providing critical assistance to local families throughout the year.
