Lakewood Township Residential Assistance Program (LTRAP) Receives $98,000 Federal Grant

The Lakewood Township Residential Assistance Program, also known as LTRAP, will receive a $98,186 federal grant, New Jersey Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker announced today in a joint press release.

The grant is included in a combined grant of $8,328,385 in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide public housing authorities (PHAs) across New Jersey with funding to enable more families to obtain stable housing with the Housing Choice Voucher program.

“All New Jersey families deserve a decent, affordable place to live,” Booker said in an accompanying statement,

“These grants are crucial for New Jersey’s public housing authorities to best serve the people who rely on them for safe and stable housing.”
