The Lakewood Township has received its first perfect audit in recent history.

Township Manager Tom Henshaw tells TLS this is the first time they received the perfect audit with no questions or comments, and it’s a sign the town is doing things properly.

“We have a great team, and they’re doing a really great job,” Henshaw says.

Henshaw took over as Township Manager approximately two and a half years ago.

As earlier reported, the Township has also managed to keep the budget flat for a third year in a row.
