Some of those shaky trees could come down and again take out power to parts of Lakewood tomorrow night. The National Weather Service is predicting high winds of 30-40 MPH with gusts up to 60 MPH beginning tomorrow afternoon.
For Wednesday night into Thursday, the National Weather Service predicts rain, snow and sleet. However, they are not expecting much snow accumulation.
Temperatures will be in the in the 30s-40s until Thursday night, the NWS says.
Actually, the weather channel (weather.com) as of now calls for 2-4 inches of wet snow just for wed. night into early Thursday morning. Obviously the dynamics of this storm are evolving so it would seem worthwhile to keep checking through tonight and early tomorrow morning. Hopefully they are wrong…
Hey Al Gore, tell me again about this global warming thing you talk about.
You’d think people would learn a thing or two… Why is the first comment almost always one of ‘ehh, probably nothing…’?
umm JW, what exactly do you mean? My comment was simply that although the article says they have called for little to no accumulations, there is a forecast for 2-4 inches. Did you seriously read the article and comment?
here we go again!
If they use generators again shut them off at night I couldnt sleep
I’m willing to bet that every chinese auction that comes out from now will have generators as a major prize. mark my words 🙂
what do you suggest? Please tell us. Your sleep is very important to all of us. Should we shut off the generators at night for you and have no heat or refrigeration etc. Please let us know & we will rush to accommodate your kind request.
I just heard that the power went out at Country Place AGAIN!
