Good news for the Raintree area homeowners! The Golf View development on Joe Parker near Rabbi Rosenblatt’s Yeshiva will finally be cleaned up once and for all. The management of over 70 homes has been taken over by Ocean Group Management of Lakewood NJ. TLS spoke to the owner of Ocean Management Group Mr. Shmidt, who said, that as of now, there have already been a few drug dealers evicted and more are pending eviction. The management group is working very closely with the Township as well as with the Police Department and both parties are extremely satisfied thus far with the results.
This is also good news for future home buyers in the development which will be going up across the street of the Golf View homes, in the near future.
i know mr. shmit for a long time he is a great guy. Im sure he will do a good job to clean up the erea.
