NJAW you can go fly a kite i’ll use and waste as much water as i please, if after all your rip off charges you still cant run a business and supply your customers then close down and let some other capable entity take over.

NJAW has got to have the worst customer satisfaction rating of any utility out there. I can’t believe our elected officials are letting this company bilk their customers. The BPU is inept. I know because Iv’e complained to them before to no avail. Somebody shut this company down!

Hey complainers, the problem is that people tend to uses more water because of the heat. The excessive heat causes large amounts of water to evaporate from the reservoir and without rain the loss can’t be made up. Maybe you complainers should spend more time learning some useful knowledge and learn to have some courtesy for other people.

the point of conserving is to try to prevent a shortage. it has not rained in a long time. what does the library have to do with it? they are not the water company!
